Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing The Pillow House for Kids. Because each garment and finished product is handcrafted with care, please allow for a processing time before your order ships. Every item in our collection is made to ensure the highest quality for your child.
- Processing Time: Most finished products are handcrafted and ready to ship within 3–5 business days. Custom or large orders may require additional time to ensure every stitch is perfect.
- Shipping Rates: Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
- Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey to your door.
Returns & Exchanges
We take great pride in the quality of our handcrafted pillowcases and children’s clothing. Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, we have the following policy:
- Returns: We accept returns on non-custom items (such as pillows and accessories) within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition.
- Custom Orders: Please note that custom-made pillowcases and clothing or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a defect in craftsmanship.
- Damages: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or there is an error with your order, please click here to contact us immediately, so we can make it right.
Weekend & Holiday Processing
Business Hours & Shipping:
- Please note that our "Business Days" are Monday through Friday. While you are welcome to shop and place orders 24/7, The Pillow House for Kids does not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or Federal Holidays. Any orders placed over the weekend will begin their processing time on the following Monday.
- Extended Holiday Returns: We want you to shop with confidence for the holiday season! Items purchased between November 15th and December 24th that are eligible for return (non-custom items) may be returned through January 15th. This gives your gift recipient plenty of time to ensure their handcrafted item is a perfect gift.
- Holiday Delivery: Due to the handcrafted nature of The Pillow House for Kids, Tammy Sherrill Collection, we recommend placing holiday orders by December 10th to ensure delivery by Christmas Eve. Please be mindful that carrier delays (USPS/UPS) during the peak holiday season are outside of our control.
