• Pillowcases & Clothing: Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colors. Tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry to preserve the fabric's vibrancy.
• Pillows: Follow the manufacturer's instructions on the label. We do not guarantee the craftmanship of pillows sold in our shop.
• Jewelry & Accessories: Follow the manufacturer's instructions on the label. We do not guarantee the craftmanship of jewelry and accessories sold in our shop.

Yes. Every item is handcrafted with safety and comfort in mind. However, as with any bedding, we recommend our pillows for children ages 2 and up.

Because we begin handcrafting your items shortly after an order is placed, we can only accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. Please double-check your custom details before finalizing your order.

In most cases, yes! The cost of high-quality materials—including those sourced from our wholesale partners like Foust Textiles and PBS Fabrics—is included in the total project price. For specific custom requests involving specialty commercial patterns or specific licensed character fabrics, these materials are purchased legally at retail or wholesale for the sole purpose of fulfilling your custom order.

The Pillow House for Kids, garments Made by Tammy Sherrill is not affiliated with, or sponsored by, any trademark holders. We use legally purchased licensed fabrics to provide a custom construction service for our clients.
